Expert Witness Services

Law firms and their clients have retained Brightline's nationally-known attorneys to provide expert witness analysis and testimony in harassment and other employee misconduct cases. Brightline's attorneys are available to analyze, write an expert report, and testify to the adequacy of the employer's: 

• Code of conduct, harassment policies, and other policies
• Investigation policies and procedures
• Preventative efforts, such as employee training
• Internal investigator's qualifications
• Steps taken in investigating a particular claim 

Brightline will refuse engagements where it believes the client is interested in retaining a "hired gun" to simply advocate for the adequacy of the client's actions. Brightline will only take cases where the client wishes to receive an objective, third-party analysis of the relevant issues raised.
