Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

Why Train on This Topic?

Conducting business in foreign countries is often very different than conducting business in the United States. What might be unethical or unlawful in the U.S. may be accepted practice in other countries. Employees of U.S. businesses sometimes feel like they have a choice of losing business by rejecting all local customs or winning business by violating U.S. law.

Brightline Compliance's online course, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, provides practical guidance on how to effectively pursue business in foreign countries without violating the law. Through a series of scenarios and interactive exercises, the course highlights common pitfalls encountered by employees who engage in international business and provides learners step-by-step guidance on how to avoid violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
