Learning Management System (LMS) 

The BrightlineLMS, while sophisticated in its capabilities, is easy to use and makes the overall administration of an ethics and compliance program surprisingly straightforward. Brightline has spent considerable time and effort streamlining administrative processes to place as light a burden on client personnel as possible. Our goal is to provide an administrative system that provides extremely flexible capabilities without being overly complex to use.  We believe we have struck a solid balance. Our BrightlineLMS offers:

• varying registration methods: pre-registration, on-demand registration and integration with your HR system
• customizable registration fields
• targeted customizable email messages allowing you to set up timed messages to different groups of employees
• reporting and tracking capabilities to ensure course completion

In addition, our LMS team is here to help you feel comfortable initially with the capabilities of the BrightlineLMS.

Clients can choose to either access courses from the BrightlineLMS or on the client's own LMS. Brightline can quickly and easily integrate its courses with any AICC or SCORM compliant LMS, and has done so numerous times.
