PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

RolloutBrightline Compliance partners with you to implement an ethics and compliance program right for your organization. After one of our Compliance Training Consultants helps you design the right program for your organization, a Brightline Program Manager will work with you to ensure a successful implementation. Critical factors to a successful rollout of your ethics and compliance program are:
1. Understanding your organization's goals and objectives for rolling out the new program
What are your organization's goals in launching a learning program? Whether is it part of a larger organizational initiative or complying with the law, understanding your requirements for the entire learning program helps our Program Manager build a development plan suitable for your organization. A dedicated Brightline Program Manager starts a project off by understanding how this training enables corporate objectives. Should the training be preceded by a communications plan and followed up with an awareness campaign? Will it be necessary to launch training all at once, or staggered? Will the tracking and certification need to be integrated into your organization's Human Resources system? These are just a few of the questions you will discuss with your Program Manager.
Brightline's courses can be customized to give the look and feel of your organization as well as incorporate your policies and corporate culture. Your Program Manager will guide you through various customizations and offer some best practices examples to help you build your unique learning program.
Before any Ethics and Compliance program launch Brightline's Program Manager can work with you to build awareness throughout the organization. In addition to providing sample launching and incentive communications, Brightline can provide an entire Awareness Program that not only communicates the importance of the ethics and compliance initiative, but reinforces any online or in-person learning with communications materials. These materials may include
4. Setting up the right Learning Management System (LMS) that ensures accurate delivery, tracking and certification of learning Both your Brightline Program Manager and a Learning Management System Coordinator will help you understand your LMS options and best design to meet your organizational objectives. Some of these options might include
5. Pilot testing the new program
Your Brightline Program Manager will walk you through the stages of an appropriate pilot test for your learning program and organization and address any issues that might arise from the testing.
With all the preparations of aligning the training to your organizational goals, communicating the significance of the training to the organization, setting up the LMS, and testing the learning program, you are now ready to launch the program to the organization. Your Brightline Program Manager will guide you through this initial process. Your relationship with the Brightline Program Manager does not end there. Your Program Manager monitors the learning program and ensures that the training continues to meet your needs. "You are both such wonderful people to work with. I sincerely appreciate your partnership, and I am very excited about the future learning that we will be benefiting from, courtesy of Brightline."
