Vignettes That Address Workplace "Gray Areas"
Spotlight is a series of
short, engaging video episodes that address gray areas within the workplace and
guide employees toward appropriate behaviors. The online episodes are a perfect
complement to in-depth ethics and compliance training modules and highlight key
areas within your Code of Conduct. A host of topics is included in the
Spotlight series and each topical episode includes thought-provoking,
video-based scenarios that illustrate actual workplace ethical dilemmas.
Each
episode is less than five minutes in length, to avoid disruption of employees'
schedules or other work commitments. You choose to deliver Spotlight episodes
monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.

Customized to Your
Workplace
Spotlight vignettes can
be easily customized to your organization. Each vignette can include an
introductory screen with your organization's logo and corporate colors. The
closing screen lists the contact information that employees should call to
report concerns or ask questions about the specific topic addressed in the
episode.

Produced using
cutting-edge green screen technology, each episode can be customized to a
relevant workplace setting without the cost of on-location filming. For example,
you can choose to have the episodes take place in an office, retail, hotel, manufacturing,
or health care setting.
Delivery Online or by
DVD in Common Areas
Our system delivers an
email to your employees notifying them that the next Spotlight episode has
arrived. The employee clicks on the link and watches the episode. You choose to
track employee completion on our Learning Management System (LMS), on your LMS,
or not at all. We can also provide your Spotlight vignettes in DVD-format, so
that you can have the scenarios shown in high-traffic areas in your workplace,
such as a cafeteria or lobby. In this way, employees who do not have computer
access can still readily view the topical vignettes.
Multiple Languages
We can deliver the
Spotlight vignettes in any language with the following options:

- Audio in English, with
the subtitles and on-screen text in the selected foreign language

Our technology delivers
full-motion video efficiently over the Internet. Since all employees may not
have the necessary bandwidth to handle full-motion video, options are
available:
